Biotransformation Scientist

Our Discovery Group at Genentech has an immediate opening for a skilled contractor to support our biotransformation function within DMPK. If you are interested, please reach out directly with your resume.

Key Responsibilities:
·       Profile and identify drug metabolites in in vitro biological matrices using LC-MS/MS.
 
·       Design and implement strategies and assays to support the development of small molecules, peptides, and other modalities.
 
·       Perform sample preparation, instrumental analysis, and troubleshooting for LC-HRMS workflows.

Qualifications:
·       PhD or advanced non-PhD
 
·       Hands-on experience in bioanalytical mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS).
 
·       Proven track record developing and using bioanalytical methods for small molecule metabolite analysis.
