Position: Class Lead (K-5)

Location: The Vincent House, 838 E. Exchange Street

Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:This position primarily works Monday through Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Additional hours are required for staff meetings, training, special events, family engagement activities, and other program needs. The typical schedule averages 20–25 hours per week.
Reports To: Site Manager and Associate Director

Position Summary

The Class Lead is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually through The Vincent House's after-school and summer programs.
