Co-Op & Financial Administration

Social Media & Paid Advertising

  • Content Planning: Proactively plan, strategize, and execute a monthly organic and co-op brand social media calendar.
  • Brand Guidelines & Compliance: Manage social media accounts in strict alignment with Co-Op brand partners’ required guidelines, maintaining necessary posting frequencies and Share of Voice (SOV).
  • Agility: Maintain the flexibility to pivot and make last-minute changes to accommodate new and unplanned social media priorities.
  • Paid Media: Demonstrate proficiency in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social media campaigns within the Meta Ads Manager platform.

Reporting & Content Marketing

  • Campaign Brainstorming: Actively participate in strategic brainstorming sessions for key TJB signature advertising campaigns (e.g., Annual Sale, Wedding Ring Weekend, Holiday, and more).
  • Email Marketing: Develop and deploy engaging email marketing campaigns for TJB initiatives, using Mailchimp to build assets.

Event Execution & Sales Support

  • Event Management: Assist in the planning and coordination with multiple event vendors and on-site day-of execution for all major TJB events.
  • Coordinate with jewelry and watch brand partners on co-branded marketing materials to support event advertising.
  • Coordinate with event vendors
  • Sales Enablement: Support the retail sales team with localized marketing needs and the creation/distribution of sales floor collateral.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Ideally 1-4  years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role (experience in luxury retail or jewelry is a plus).
  • Technical & Creative Skills:
    • Proven ability to multi-task and project manage small and larger projects.
    • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager for paid advertising.
    • Strong familiarity with building assets and campaigns in Mailchimp.
    • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets for financial co-op tracking.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and follow-up skills; meticulous attention to detail.
    • Strong relationship management and communication skills for working with external partners (photographers, media, brands) and collaborating internally across departments.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines or shifting priorities.
    • Understand the principles of brand management and adhering to strict brand guidelines.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Flexibility in schedule is required. This role involves working some Saturdays throughout the year and after-hours/evenings to support TJB-hosted events.
