Marketing Internship
CurePay Marketing Internship Program
A paid, part-time internship built for students who want real campaigns, real clients, and real results on their resume.
Who We Are
CurePay is a veteran-owned company headquartered in Denton, Texas. We help small and medium-sized businesses grow through three connected pillars: payment processing, business funding, and digital marketing services. Our marketing division, CurePay Marketing, runs full-service campaigns for healthcare practices and local service and retail businesses across Texas.
What You'll Learn
• Campaign Strategy & Planning — build a media plan from a client's goals and budget, define an ideal customer profile, and choose the right channel mix.
• Content & Creative Production — write copy for landing pages, ads, emails, and direct mail, and design on-brand creative for every channel.
• Search & AI Visibility (SEO/AEO) — keyword research, on-page optimization, local search, and getting clients cited by AI search.
• Analytics & Reporting — read a campaign dashboard, track leads with UTM parameters and call tracking, and build monthly client reports.
• Marketing Operations — manage client onboarding and timelines, maintain CRM records and automations, and work a real production calendar.
• Client-Facing Business Skills — sit in on strategy calls, support proposals and pitch decks, and learn how a marketing agency actually makes money.
Technologies You'll Use
Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Business Profile, WordPress, Cloudflare, our in-house CRM (Quantom), email service platforms, and Canva/Adobe tools — used the way a working marketing team actually uses them.
The Services You'll Work On
CurePay Marketing sells and delivers seven marketing channels — website design & development, SEO & AEO, social media management, paid ad management, email marketing, direct mail, and programmatic display. Interns get exposure to all of them and hands-on work in several.
