Real Estate Marketing Associate

Real Estate Marketing Associate

Real Estate | Marketing, Lead Generation & Operations

Hours: 8–10 hrs/week | Pay: $18–20/hr | Type: Contract / Part-time | Location: Remote

The Business

Georgia Urban Spaces and its affiliated businesses and entities, including Southfield Luxury Homes, manage a residential real estate investment portfolio across multiple markets. The business has active leasing and ongoing acquisition activity and is concurrently building a data- and technology-driven operating platform to support scale, efficiency, and growth.

As the portfolio grows, generating qualified rental inquiries and maintaining leasing velocity is critical. This role develops and executes marketing initiatives that help available homes attract prospective tenants.

What You Will Own

This role sits at the intersection of online marketing and residential real estate, requiring demonstrated expertise in both. You will generate qualified rental inquiries across the portfolio, starting with a focused 4–6 week marketing project:

  • Evaluate campaigns, strengthen SEO, and propose and execute approved Meta Ads and Google Ads tests
  • Create compelling listings, social media, and website content connecting home features and location with renter needs to drive inquiries
  • Improve landing-page conversion and use web analytics to identify which channels generate qualified inquiries at an acceptable cost
  • Expand rental inquiries through additional listing platforms, local partnerships, and resident referrals
  • As the role expands, drive broader business initiatives, coordinate work across team members and vendors, and ensure shared deliverables are completed on time

Priorities will evolve over time; part of the role is developing judgment on what to prioritize and driving it to completion.

What We’re Looking For

Eligibility: Junior/senior undergraduates, graduate students, and recent graduates (Classes of 2026–2028), or candidates with prior professional experience. Applicants must have personally executed marketing or outreach initiatives that generated measurable leads, customers, or sales. Residential property marketing experience is strongly preferred.

  • Strong academic record, reflected in GPA, rigor of study, and academic achievement
  • Initiative and sustained ownership of marketing efforts, with measurable results
  • Fast learning and practical business judgment, with the ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Hands-on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, or SEO experience, with strong content and messaging instincts
  • Analytical discipline and accuracy, including experience using tools such as Google Analytics to measure and improve performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage, persuade, and build trust
  • Dependable weekly availability, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through alongside other commitments

Why This Role Is Attractive

  • Work directly with the owner to grow and scale a multi-market real estate business
  • Build expertise in digital marketing and customer acquisition within real estate
  • Develop leadership skills by driving business initiatives across a small operating team
  • Flexible, part-time role with increasing ownership and responsibility
