Digital Marketing Intern
Rex Property & Land, LLC has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. We are looking to hire an intern to engage digital marketing and support communications across our property management and real estate development activities. This internship could transition into a full-time position with room for growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Interact with property management and sales leadership, as well as technical service providers
- Create and manage digital signage content (Screencloud) and monthly email communications (Mailchimp) to tenants, clients, and interested parties
- Develop, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns, leveraging AI tools for content creation and performance analysis
- Work with the marketing team on ad performance and creative strategy
