As a LinkedIn Referral Partner, you will share approved recruiting content, make relevant professional introductions, and refer interested candidates or employers to our internal recruiting team. Our team handles screening, interviews, client relationships, and placements.
Referral Partners earn $1,000 for each eligible completed placement attributed to their referral activity.
Responsibilities
- Review and share approved recruiting content
- Make appropriate introductions within your professional network
- Refer interested candidates and employers to our recruiting team
- Clearly disclose your independent referral relationship with Tal.co
- Keep your LinkedIn information accurate and professional
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Located in the United States
- Own an established, authentic LinkedIn profile
- Strong professional judgment and communication skills
- Willing to sign an independent contractor agreement
