Job Description

Saad Janjua Insurance & Financial Services is looking for a competitive, motivated, and relationship-driven individual to join our growing Fargo-Moorhead agency.

This is not a traditional desk job. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, competing, solving problems, and seeing their effort translate directly into results.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, coaching, leads, systems, and a pathway to obtaining the necessary insurance licenses.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Work agency-provided leads and warm opportunities
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-up
• Identify customer insurance and financial-service needs
• Prepare and present insurance options once appropriately licensed
• Ask for the business and follow through on opportunities
• Build referral relationships within the community
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up
• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and professional development
