Customer Service / Parts Purchasing Representative
South Dade Forklift Corporation

South Dade Forklift Corporation, an authorized HELI Forklift dealer since 2021, is seeking a full-time Customer Service / Parts Purchasing Representative to join our team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Hourly, based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support for parts and service inquiries
  • Handle parts purchasing, ordering, and inventory data entry
  • Communicate with customers and vendors in both English and Spanish
  • Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail

Requirements:

  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Strong data entry and general math skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish
  • Highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
