We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Change Management Analyst to support large-scale enterprise Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) projects and ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) requests.
This role serves as a key liaison within the Change Management and Project Management Offices, managing hundreds of incoming technical deliverables, system change requests, and architecture/design artifacts. This is a technical, analytical role responsible for end-to-end deliverable governance, stakeholder alignment, and release readiness across complex multi-vendor enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, process, track, and log all DDI and O&M project deliverables, design documents, test plans, and work plans across multi-vendor teams.
- Coordinate deliverable review workflows, ensuring artifacts are routed to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Project Managers for timely review, approval, or rejection.
- Apply structured change management methodologies to support cross-functional project requests and ensure operational awareness prior to release deployments.
- Act as the central program librarian, maintaining file structures, databases, tracking logs, and version control across development teams, contracted vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Generate and distribute recurring and ad-hoc status reports, deliverable health metrics, and project performance data to leadership.
- Build strong, credible relationships across vendors, technical teams, and business units to drive alignment throughout all stages of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven background as a Senior Business Analyst or Change Management Analyst on large, complex enterprise software or integration projects.
- Strong familiarity with core IT concepts and artifact types, including system design documentation, test plans, implementation plans, and release schedules.
- Demonstrated experience handling high-volume deliverable tracking, artifact governance, and document version control.
- Working knowledge of structured change management processes, release coordination, and SDLC phases.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work standard Eastern business hours and travel on-site to Richmond, VA to collect equipment prior to starting remote work.

- Type: Contract
- Location: Remote (Requires initial in-person equipment pickup in Richmond, VA)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Required / Desired Skills
- Considerable work-related experience in an IT environment. Required - 5 Years
- Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control. Required - 5 Years
- Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle. Required - 5 Years
- Experience with data entry and work order processing. Required - 5 Years
- Experience with tracking and reporting; controlling processes; and managing workflow. Required - 5 Years
- Must have excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills with internal and external customers. Required - 5 Years
