Undergraduate Internship
Overview
The Edward Jones Undergraduate Internship program is a selective, full-time, paid summer internship in St. Louis, or Tempe, AZ that aligns your area of concentration, strengths, and/or interests with a business need at Edward Jones. For the summer of 2027, opportunities are available in areas and divisions such as:
- Wealth Management Advice and Solutions
- Experience Brand and Marketing,
- Finance
- Business Operations and Service,
- Digital/Technology
- Compliance
You will benefit from broad organizational exposure, gaining insight into how departments, divisions and functions work together in service of firm strategy and, ultimately, our clients.
What You'll Do and How You'll Benefit:
For 10 weeks, you will be working in a hybrid environment where you'll experience our unique culture and interact with our seasoned leadership team while engaging in challenging and meaningful work.
As a capstone to your summer experience, you will deliver a presentation to our leadership team, showcasing your accomplishments, connections, and insights gained during your tenure with us.
Career Opportunities after the Internship The internship is designed to feed into our Rotational Development Program (RDP) opportunity. Upon successful completion of the internship, interns will have the opportunity to apply for this14-month rotational program, which will commence the following summer. Acceptance into this program assumes you will have graduated prior to joining the RDP.

Who Should Apply?
Students who:
- Are actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with sophomore or junior class standing (class of 2027 and 2028)
- Drive to succeed and have a strong interest in the financial services industry.
- Have excellent leadership, communication, teamwork, and service skills.
- Demonstrate leadership and involvement in community or campus organizations.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and openness to feedback and coaching.
- Are eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
