Post-Bar Law Clerk
Pérez Law, PC is seeking a motivated Post-Bar Law Clerk to join our growing California law firm. This position is designed for a recent law school graduate who has completed the California Bar Examination and is awaiting admission. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while working closely with our attorneys and developing the skills necessary for a successful legal career.

- Personal Injury
- Employment Law, including workplace and sexual harassment matters
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal memoranda
- Assist attorneys with case strategy and preparation
- Review medical, employment, and other case records
- Assist with discovery and document review
- Prepare for hearings, depositions, and other proceedings
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
- Assist with managing an active caseload
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- California Bar Examination completed and awaiting admission
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a legal team
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
