We're Hiring: Content Creator & Editor

Full-Time | Pittsburgh, PA | On-Site

Untitled Content is looking for a creative, curious, and technically skilled Content Creator & Editor to join our team in Pittsburgh.

This is not a traditional editing role. We're looking for someone who loves making content, understands how stories live across different platforms, and is just as comfortable behind a camera as they are in the edit suite. Someone who pays attention to culture, experiments with new technology, and brings ideas to the table.

You'll work alongside our producers, directors, editors, and creative team on national brand campaigns, commercials, documentaries, social-first content, and original projects.

What You'll Do

Creative & Editorial

  • Edit branded, commercial, documentary, and social-first content from rough cut through final delivery.
  • Create platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop concepts, build assemblies, create cutdowns, captions, and final exports.
  • Bring strong storytelling instincts, pacing, music, and visual craft to every project.

Production

  • Shoot high-quality content independently and alongside our production crews.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and production support equipment.
  • Assist on productions in camera, DIT, grip, and other production roles as needed.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes and original content for clients and Untitled.

Studio & Workflow

  • Help maintain production equipment, inventory, and a client-ready studio.
  • Prepare equipment packages and support studio scheduling.
  • Manage project media, server organization, backups, and archiving.
  • Improve workflows that make our team more efficient and collaborative.

Innovation & Company Growth

  • Explore AI tools and emerging creative technologies for ideation, production, and post-production.
  • Test new techniques, software, and equipment.
  • Contribute ideas and content that help grow Untitled's own brand and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new creative opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong editorial instincts and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Working knowledge of professional cameras, lighting, and audio.
  • Ability to shoot and edit content independently.
  • Understanding of social media trends, creator culture, and platform-native storytelling.
  • Familiarity with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Experience with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Higgsfield, Descript, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
  • A collaborative attitude, creative curiosity, and willingness to keep learning.

Location: Untitled Content, 1428 High Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexibility based on production needs.
