Investment Performance & Reporting Intern - Summer 2027

This 12-week internship is a key piece of Thrivent’s entry-level talent program to ensure a strong talent pipeline to meet the needs of the organization now and into the future. The internship program offers assignments to optimize your skills and experience while giving you exposure to multiple business areas.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Work closely with the team to aid in investment performance calculation, benchmark & peer group analysis, including information delivery process for Board, Management, Portfolio Management and Incentive Plans. (Insurance & Mutual Funds)
- Help redesign management reporting and information delivery process for Board, Management Committees and Portfolio Management (Insurance)
- Partnering with the front office to analyzes and streamline portfolio risk and analytics reporting
- Assist in executing Private Equity accounting, financial reporting, and management reporting functions
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Current Junior (Dec. 2027 or May 2028 graduation date) pursuing a degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics or related area
- GPA 3.0 or higher
- Interests in investment concepts and/or interest in pursuing CFA/CIPM designations
