Marketing Intern

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team for a Fall Quarter (Oct-Dec) internship, with potential for 2027 continuance. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, event support, and creative strategy within a fast-paced professional environment.

As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our team to support marketing initiatives, assist with content creation, and help prepare for client-facing events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Event Preparation & Support
Assist with planning and preparation for client events, workshops, and networking functions. This may include organizing event materials, preparing attendee packets, setting up signage, coordinating supplies, and helping with event setup and logistics.

Content Filming & Capture
Support the creation of marketing content by filming short-form videos, capturing photos, and documenting behind-the-scenes moments during office activities, events, and team meetings. There is opportunity for a variety of content experience by working on our main brand and assisting with individual brands within our region.

Video Editing
Edit short-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns. Tasks may include trimming clips, adding captions, incorporating branding elements, and preparing content for posting.

Social Media Support
Assist with uploading and scheduling content across platforms, drafting captions, and organizing marketing assets.

Graphic Design
Create marketing materials such as flyers, event invitations, presentation slides, workshop packets, and social media graphics. Help ensure all materials align with company branding and are prepared for both digital and print use.

Creative Strategy Support
Assist with brainstorming and organizing creative marketing ideas. This may involve helping develop content concepts, researching trends, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns.

Front Desk & Administrative Support
Provide occasional assistance at the front desk, including greeting visitors, helping with basic office tasks, and supporting day-to-day operations when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Interest in marketing, communications, or creative media
• Basic or advanced experience with video editing or design tools (such as: Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Comfortable filming short-form content using a phone or camera
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming and executing ideas
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
