Office Manager & Paralegal
Full-Time | 35 Hours per Week | Small Law Firm
Pathfinder Attorneys is a small, growing law firm seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager / Paralegal. The position will include approximately 50% office management and 50% substantive paralegal work.
Our practice includes family law, estate planning and business representation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and wants to play an important role in a small firm's operations.

Office Management Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the office;
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, client intake, and communications;
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files;
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable;
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and administrative services;
- Assist with firm technology, systems, marketing, and business operations; and
- Develop and maintain efficient office procedures.
Paralegal Responsibilities
- Assist with family law, estate planning, probate, or business matters;
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and forms for attorney review;
- Organize client files and case materials;
- Prepare documents for court and governmental filings;
- Track deadlines and maintain case calendars;
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and other professionals; and
- Conduct basic legal and factual research as requested.
Qualifications
- Prior law-firm experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, office manager, or similar position;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities;
- Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology; and
- Willingness to learn and work across multiple areas of law.
A paralegal certificate or relevant degree is preferred but not required. Experience in family law, estate planning/probate, or corporate law is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish or other language skills are a plus.
