Join our team as a Laboratory Associate and gain hands-on experience supporting clinical testing, specimen processing, laboratory equipment, quality control, and laboratory operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine laboratory testing following established procedures.
- Prepare and organize clinical specimens.
- Prepare reagents, controls, and laboratory equipment.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Monitor laboratory supplies and inventory.
- Enter laboratory data and assist with quality-control activities.
- Work closely with experienced laboratory professionals.
- Follow laboratory safety and quality procedures.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of laboratory experience OR two years of college coursework in biology, chemistry, or a related field preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Previous laboratory or clinical experience is a plus.
