Our Sales & Leadership Development opportunity is designed to give you hands-on experience in insurance sales, client development, marketing, and agency operations while working alongside experienced Farmers Insurance professionals. 

No insurance experience? That's okay. We're looking for drive, coachability, strong communication skills, and people who are motivated to build a successful career. We'll provide the training, mentorship, and licensing support to help get you started.

Where Can This Opportunity Take You?

For candidates interested in entrepreneurship and leadership, this role can serve as a pathway towards owning and operating a Farmers Insurance agency of your own.

You'll have the opportunity to develop the skills needed to run a successful agency - from generating new business and building client relationships to marketing, sales strategy, and day-to-day business operations.

Agency ownership isn't required to be your end goal. There are also opportunities to build a long-term career in sales and leadership within the Farmers agency network.
