Administration and Office Intern

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to help organize our holiday ornament inventory in our warehouse and prepare items for sale on eBay.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, working independently, and paying close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Organize and sort holiday ornaments throughout the warehouse
• Group ornaments by type, style, color, size, and/or collection
• Count and record inventory accurately
• Create and maintain an inventory spreadsheet
• Photograph ornaments as needed for eBay listings
• Gather important product details such as item name, quantity, size, color, and condition
• Help identify and organize items that are ready to be listed on eBay
• Assist with creating accurate eBay inventory information and listings
• Label and organize boxes/shelves so items can easily be located when sold
• Keep the warehouse inventory area neat and organized

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable counting and recording inventory
• Basic computer and spreadsheet skills
• Able to work independently and stay on task
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Experience with eBay, online selling, or inventory management is a plus, but not required
• Reliable and able to follow instructions

Schedule

In person but Flexible schedule; hours can be discussed based on availability and project needs. Must be local to Laurel, MD. 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move around a warehouse
• Ability to lift and move boxes of holiday ornaments and décor as needed
