PR Intern

Karla Otto is an international fashion PR agency focused on cutting-edge fashion, luxury lifestyle, and contemporary art brands.

Location: Shanghai downtown, Huangpu District
Stipend: RMB 120/day
Schedule: 5 days/week, 3 months, ASAP start
Open to international students: Yes

Responsibilities:
- Manage samples and process trafficking requests
- Track press coverage across social media, print, and online media to compile coverage reports
- Track competitor activity and prepare competitor coverage reports
- Draft and edit copy for press releases, media alerts, company decks, and research reports
- Support events
- Attend meetings and take notes

Requirements:
- Interest in fashion and communications
- Proficient multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
- Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Full working proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
- Strong writing skills in both languages a plus
- Able to work 4-5 days/week and at least 3 months
