Growth Marketing Intern - Boutique Fitness

Growth Marketing Intern – Boutique Fitness

IPSTUDIO | Part-Time Internship

IPSTUDIO builds websites, software, integrations, and digital products specifically for boutique fitness studios.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Intern who understands both digital marketing and the boutique fitness customer experience.

You'll help turn the work we're already doing with fitness brands into content that attracts studio owners, strengthens our industry presence, and generates new business.

What You'll Do

Create and publish client case studies and launch stories

Help produce SEO-focused articles and website content

Research boutique fitness trends, competitors, studios, and technology

Repurpose projects and insights into LinkedIn, Instagram, and email content

Help maintain our portfolio and client examples

Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters

Research prospective fitness studios and brands

Identify interesting studio launches, industry trends, and potential content opportunities

Help measure which content and campaigns generate traffic, leads, and engagement

Support product launches and marketing for new IPSTUDIO products

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, digital media, or a related field

Strong writing and communication skills

Genuine interest in marketing, technology, and fitness

Comfortable researching topics and turning information into clear content

Familiarity with social media and digital marketing

Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, WordPress, Canva, analytics, or similar tools is a plus

Interested in learning how a niche technology company grows

Fitness Industry Experience Preferred

We strongly prefer someone who actually participates in boutique fitness.

Maybe you're a Pilates regular, have a ClassPass routine, ride at a cycling studio, practice yoga, take Lagree, or have worked front desk at a studio.

We want someone who understands the customer perspective: discovering a studio, checking Instagram, visiting its website, comparing classes, buying an intro offer, booking a class, joining a waitlist, and coming back.

Professional fitness industry experience is great, but being an engaged fitness consumer counts too.

What You'll Learn

You'll work directly with a company serving fitness studios across the U.S. and beyond and gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, SEO, content strategy, SaaS marketing, email marketing, and growth.

Your work won't be limited to making social posts. The goal is to understand what drives awareness, leads, and revenue—and help us do more of it.
