Remote Business Development & Direct Sales Representative (1099)
About the Role
We are expanding gigabit fiber internet access across key residential and commercial territories. We are seeking aggressive, self-motivated Remote Sales Representatives to execute direct outbound communication to homeowners, property managers, leasing offices, HOAs, and community directors.
This is a performance-based 1099 contract position designed for individuals looking to gain real-world B2B and B2C sales experience, build telecommunications enterprise knowledge, and generate substantial weekly cash income.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing: Utilize public broadband mapping tools and public databases to identify eligible neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and residential targets.
Outbound Outreach: Conduct direct phone, text, and email outreach to single-family residents, HOA boards, and on-site leasing offices.
Portfolio Engagement: Connect with property managers to get digital fiber intake links published on resident portals, email blasted to residents and included in move-in tenant packets.
Pipeline Management: Direct all interested leads through our centralized digital intake portal for order processing and tracking.
