Data Analyst
We're looking for a detail-oriented, curious Data Analyst to join our team. You'll work with large datasets to uncover trends, build reports, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, operations) to understand data needs
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
- Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Basic proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a passion for working with data
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to a programming language such as Python or R
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Internship or academic project experience involving data analysis
- Basic understanding of statistics (mean, median, standard deviation, correlation, etc.)
