Event Setup Crew

Overview: 

We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and flexible Event Setup Crew Members to join our team. This position is responsible for setting up, relocating, and tearing down event equipment and furnishings according to event diagrams and specifications. Successful candidates will be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for those who enjoy hands on independent work and are looking for a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and dismantle event furniture, including tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, pipe and drape, and other event equipment.

- Read and follow event diagrams, floor plans, and setup instructions to ensure accurate event layouts.

- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy equipment and furniture on a regular basis.

Schedule:

- Flexible hours based on event schedules.

- Hours may vary weekly depending on event volume.
