Store Operations & business development 

HiArt Hair  is looking for a motivated and responsible Store Operations to join our Delaware location.

This is an on-site position combining customer service, store operations, and sales development. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the store
• Provide product information and help customers with their purchases
• Manage inventory, product displays, and general store organization
• Follow up with customer inquiries and orders
• Maintain relationships with existing customers
• Proactively develop new customers, including local hairstylists, salon owners, and beauty professionals
• Assist the manager with daily store operations and administrative tasks
• Assist with social media and digital marketing when needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, organized, and self-motivated
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person, by phone, text, and social media
• Willing to proactively reach out to and develop new customers
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred
• Experience in the beauty or hair industry is a plus
• Digital marketing, Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or CapCut experience is a plus
