Location: Remote + your campus | Commitment: ~10 hrs/week, one semester |
Compensation: $1,337/month flat — same in every country (≈$30+/hour at ~10
hrs/week) + performance bonuses | Academic credit: Supported — arranged by
you through your university; we'll complete any employer paperwork

Who We Are
GoSkyHy is the social travel platform where people connect, create groups, and
book unique adventures around the world. We help people find hidden gems, join
travel crews, and turn "someday" trips into this-weekend plans. An app can get
someone to download — but community is what makes them stay. That's your
department.
The Gig
You'll be the heartbeat of the GoSkyHy community — the reason new users feel
welcomed instead of lost.
Bring the community to life. Seed and moderate travel groups, welcome new
members, spark conversations, and connect travelers who should obviously be on
the same trip. You set the vibe of the platform.
Grow our host network. Find and recruit the people running amazing local events
— hikes, food tours, hidden-gem adventures — and help them get set up as
GoSkyHy hosts.
Be the voice of the traveler. Talk to users, gather feedback, spot the friction
points, and bring it all to the founding team. Your insights will directly shape the
product — yes, the team will actually read them.
You Might Be Our Person If...
You're the friend who makes sure nobody eats lunch alone. You reply to group
chats first and remember everyone's name at the party. You're studying

hospitality, psychology, communications, business — or none of the above,
because warmth and hustle beat any major. Bonus points if you've ever run a club,
moderated a Discord, or planned a trip for more than four people without a
group falling apart.
The Pay
$1,337 every month. Yes, really. A flat monthly rate, the same whether you're in
Texas, London, Sydney, or Singapore — at roughly 10 hours a week, that's over
$30/hour. For context: the average US marketing internship pays $17.66/hour. We
pay elite rates because we expect elite work.
Community bonuses. We set milestones together — active travel groups, hosts
onboarded, insights shipped — and hitting them earns cash bonuses on top of
your monthly rate.
A raise for coming back. Crush your first semester and get invited for a second?
Your monthly rate goes up.
Paid monthly, on time, every time. Real payments, real records — this is a job, not
a favor.
Based on approximately 10 hours per week. Hours are agreed and tracked so your
effective hourly rate always exceeds your local minimum wage.

Academic credit. Want course credit on top of the paycheck? It's your
responsibility to arrange it with your university — every school's process is
different — but once you do, we'll gladly complete any employer paperwork,
evaluations, or supervisor sign-offs your program requires.

A recommendation letter from the CEO. Crush it, and you'll have a personalized
letter — and a reference who picks up the phone when recruiters call.

First shot at paid roles. As GoSkyHy grows, our intern alumni are first in line.
The Fine Print
This is a part-time, paid internship designed around your learning: you'll set goals
with us, get mentorship and feedback, and build a portfolio — all on a schedule
that flexes around exams. One semester, with the option to continue.
