Management Trainee

Candidates for our Management Trainee program bring our clients’ products and services straight to the customer in the form of interactive displays and promotions. Our on-site promotions are incredibly popular as they connect with customers in big-box retailers whilst they are already in a ‘buying’ mindset. This approach has been proven to achieve impressive results as it allows customers to make a fully informed and confident purchase decision.

Along with handling our clients' products, entry-level Management trainees will also be assigned a direct mentor to help coach them on the backend of running our business, as far as human resources management, client relations, profit and loss, and team management.

Responsibilities:

●  Learn how to manage in-store marketing campaigns for our clients

●  Learn how to develop and train entry level representatives

●  Communicate our clients promotions and products to their customers in a retail

setting

●  Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns in a retail setting

●  Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our clients evolving products and

services

Qualifications:

●  Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a PLUS

●  Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or other related fields a

PLUS, but not required

●  Ability to build rapport with clients

●  Ability to prioritize and multitask

●  Positive and professional demeanor

●  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
