Canvass Manager | $50K Base + Commission | Nashville

Midtown Home Improvements is looking for a driven Canvass Manager to help lead and grow our Nashville field marketing team.
This is not a desk management position.
We’re looking for someone who can recruit, train, motivate, and develop canvassers while maintaining a high-performance culture in the field.
If you have experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, roofing, solar, pest control, home improvement, telecom, fundraising, or another face-to-face sales environment, we want to talk to you.
Compensation
$50,000 Base Salary + Commission
- 1% commission on your team's production

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Recruit and develop new canvassers
- Conduct daily sales and canvassing training
- Lead team meetings and field launches
- Coach representatives on pitches, objections, and homeowner conversations
- Spend time in the field working alongside your team
- Track individual and team performance
- Hold team members accountable to activity and appointment goals
- Help struggling representatives improve
- Recognize and develop future leaders
- Maintain a competitive, positive team culture
- Work closely with sales and branch leadership to maximize production
