We're currently looking for motivated individuals to join our Las Vegas team. This is an entry-level opportunity, so you don't need a background in sales or marketing. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative, you'll work directly with customers and represent our clients at local events, community activations, and promotional campaigns.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Representing our clients professionally at events, pop-ups, and community activations
- Engaging with customers and creating positive face-to-face experiences
- Educating customers about products, services, and nonprofit campaigns
- Assisting with event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Working closely with your team to meet individual and campaign goals
- Participating in hands-on sales and leadership training
- Taking on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills
What We're Looking For

- 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Positive, outgoing, and motivated
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Goal-oriented and willing to challenge yourself
- Able to work a full-time, on-site schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Interested in building professional experience in sales, marketing, communications, or leadership
No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills you need to succeed.
