You will use your analytical and strategic skills to track the success of our supply chain initiatives and create new processes to enhance and manage the end-to-end Wonder Supply Chain. As an ideal candidate, you are attentive to detail, comfortable working in ambiguity, and can work to understand how your strategic recommendations will impact all facets of the business.

This role is based in NYC but may require periodic visits to facilities and restaurants within the tri-state area.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Initiate new ideas, problem-solve using data, and implement strategic solutions with far-reaching influence
  • Conduct on-site investigations to go beyond the data and understand the real-world impact of our initiatives
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to drive standard work, alignment, and productivity optimization
  • Provide input to Operations Product in the design and development of key Supply Chain systems and technology platforms

What You Bring to the Table

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, with at least one year remaining.
  • Bachelors degree focus in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a closely related quantitative field preferred.
  • Ability to write SQL queries to answer business questions and provide data driven insights; bonus points for CTEs and window functions
  • Experience with (or interest in learning) data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • An interest in pursuing a career in strategy and analytics

As a matter of company policy, Wonder does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status for this role.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

New York: 36.00 per hour.

Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
