Entry-Level Brand Representative

ALBOE Solutions, Inc. is expanding our Harrisburg, PA team and is looking for an Entry-Level Brand Representative who is motivated to learn, develop professionally, and grow with our organization.

We partner with leading national brands to help them connect with customers through face-to-face marketing, retail promotions, live events, and interactive campaigns. Our approach focuses on creating genuine customer experiences while helping our clients expand their reach and grow their business.

As you gain experience, you’ll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and work toward leadership and management positions.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nationally recognized brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Serve as a key point of contact between clients and their customers
• Engage directly with customers in retail and promotional environments
• Introduce customers to products, services, and promotions
• Answer questions and provide helpful, professional customer support
• Assist with customer acquisition and account development
• Create positive, memorable customer experiences
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve individual and team goals

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or a degree is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, professional, and positive personality
• A willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• A dependable, team-oriented mindset
• The ability to communicate confidently with a variety of people
• A genuine interest in marketing, sales, business, or professional development

Previous experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, communications, marketing, business, or campus organizations are encouraged to apply.

Recent graduates and individuals entering the workforce for the first time are welcome to apply.
