Prestigious Management Inc. is an authorized Verizon partner hiring an entry level Regional Sales Manager in Sacramento, CA. This is a fully in-person, hands-on leadership role built for ambitious recent graduates who are ready to lead a team, drive results, and build a real management career from day one.

This role is 100% in-person in Sacramento — you will be on the ground, in the community, and leading your team in the field every single day.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage a team of Verizon Sales Representatives at live in-person sales campaigns and retail activations throughout Sacramento
• Drive regional sales performance and hold your team accountable to daily and weekly targets
• Coach and develop team members in real time during live field campaigns
• Conduct face-to-face sales yourself alongside your team — this is a lead-from-the-front role
• Oversee territory planning and day-to-day field operations across your Sacramento region
• Track regional performance metrics and report results to senior leadership
• Represent Prestigious Management Inc. and the Verizon brand with professionalism at every interaction

What We Are Looking For

• Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field — preferred not required
• A natural leader who is competitive, self-motivated, and driven by team results
• Strong communicator equally effective one-on-one and in front of a group
• Comfortable working fully in-person in Sacramento every single day
• Reliable personal transportation required for daily travel throughout Sacramento
• Flexible availability including some weekends
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• No prior management experience required — we develop our leaders from the ground up

This Role Is 100% In-Person in Sacramento

This is not remote. This is not hybrid. You will be leading your team at live sales events, retail locations, and direct marketing activations throughout Sacramento every day. Candidates must be local to Sacramento or willing to relocate before their start date. Reliable personal transportation is required.
