We're looking for a Staff Accountant who is detail-oriented, curious, and ready to grow. You'll work with a variety of clients, gain hands-on experience across accounting and financial reporting, and work alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your success.

What You'll Do
You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of accounting functions, including:
• Prepare and maintain accounting records and financial information for clients.
• Exposure to business and personal tax return preparation under CPA guidance.
• Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Perform general ledger and account reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and other accounting functions.
• Prepare and organize information and documentation for tax returns and other client deliverables.
• Analyze financial information and investigate discrepancies or unusual items.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
• Communicate with clients and team members to obtain information, answer questions, and resolve issues.
• Assist with special projects and other accounting assignments.
• Work closely with Partners, Managers, and other members of the firm to meet deadlines and deliver quality work.
• Maintain the confidentiality of client information and financial records.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is ready to learn, contribute, and take ownership of their work. Ideally, you'll have:
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent
experience.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience a plus but willing to invest in a recent college graduate.
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and accounting software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
• A willingness to ask questions, learn new things, and take on increasing responsibility.

Salary range: $62,000 - $66,000
