The Role:

If you are outgoing, have high energy, and love new challenges everyday then this is something you want to explore. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with an entrepreneur mindset, who desire to run their own business, be their own boss, flexibility to make their own schedule, and still have the luxury to be backed by a Fortune 500 Company.

 This career starts off commission based with stipends and bonuses that are obtainable through qualifying. You have the ability to build a book of business, but must be comfortable and confident with starting on a commission basis

What is a MUST, is someone who strives in a fast pace environment with new challenges daily.

Responsibilities for Year 1:

-Actively build upon current relationships and seek out new relationships to expand your network and market. Though you have the opportunity to qualify for leads, you will not be handed a book of business to start.

-Learn to be a multiplier and lead by example through your community

-Learn how to attract and build a team

-Pass Exams: Life, Health, SIE, Series 6/7, Series 63/66

Responsibilities for Year 2:

-Have an official Leadership Role, and mentor new advisors to build what you have built in Year 1

-Continue to run your own Financial Planning Practice

Responsibilities for Year 3 through Retirement: we will discuss in our interview, as that is something that is very unique but that you control. You are in the driver seat. You decide where this goes long term.
