Midtown Home Improvements is looking for energetic, competitive, and motivated people who want to get their start in sales and build a real career.

This is an entry-level field marketing and sales position where you’ll speak with homeowners in local neighborhoods, generate interest in our home improvement services, and set appointments for our sales team.

We provide the training. You bring the attitude and work ethic.

What You’ll Earn

$17/hour guaranteed

40 hours per week

0.5%–1% commission on sales generated from your appointments

$100 appointment bonuses after hitting your weekly goal

Uncapped earning potential

Top performers have the opportunity to earn $50,000–$80,000+ annually

This is not a commission-only position. You receive guaranteed hourly pay while building your sales skills and earning additional commission and bonuses.

What You’ll Do

Speak with homeowners in designated Nashville-area neighborhoods

Introduce Midtown Home Improvements and our services

Generate qualified appointments for our in-home sales team

Work alongside a competitive, energetic team

Track your daily activity and goals

Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

You are not responsible for closing the sale. Your job is to create the opportunity and set the appointment.
