Promotional Video Intern
Triple-B Media is looking for a creative and motivated college student to join our team as a Promotional Video Intern. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience creating promotional video content for a variety of sports, entertainment, and lifestyle television channels.
The intern will work with our team to edit and create short-form promotional videos for live events, programming stunts, special events, channel promotions, and other content initiatives. This role is a great opportunity for a student looking to build their editing skills and professional portfolio while gaining experience in a fast-paced media environment.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form promotional videos for Triple-B Media channels
- Create hype videos and promotional spots for upcoming live events
- Produce teasers and promotional content for programming stunts and special events
- Edit highlight clips and other engaging video content
- Create graphics to enhance the video
- Find music that fits the feel and energy of the promotional content
- Assist with developing creative ideas for promoting programming and events
- Make edits and revisions based on feedback from the team
- Organize promotional video projects and assets
- Assist with other video production and editing projects as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a college student pursuing a degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Strong interest in video editing and creative production
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines
- Interest in sports, entertainment, and television is a plus
- Portfolio, demo reel, or examples of previous video work preferred
Position Details
Position: Promotional Video Intern
Pay: $16.94 per hour
Hours: 8 hours per week
Schedule: Part-time, in person
Location: Triple-B Media office, North Haven, CT
