About the Role
Brand Fusion is hiring Marketing and Outreach Representatives to support our growing client campaigns in Nashville.
This is an entry-level marketing position focused on direct marketing, community outreach, face-to-face engagement, fundraising, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Rather than working exclusively behind a computer, you'll gain hands-on experience interacting directly with customers and communities while representing our clients and supporting their campaigns.
Our team provides structured training, coaching, and professional development. Previous marketing, sales, fundraising, or customer service experience is not required.
We're looking for people who are willing to learn, communicate confidently, and take pride in representing our clients professionally.
What You'll Do
- Represent client brands, organizations, and campaigns through face-to-face marketing
- Conduct community outreach and direct public engagement
- Create awareness around client programs, services, and initiatives
- Communicate campaign information clearly and professionally
- Support fundraising and customer acquisition campaigns
- Participate in promotional events and community marketing activities
- Engage with customers and members of the public in a positive manner
- Build relationships through genuine, face-to-face communication
- Develop knowledge of marketing campaigns and outreach strategies
- Work with team members to accomplish campaign objectives
