Position Type: Entry-Level, Part-Time

Time Period: As needed
Pay: Hourly 
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday–Tuesday and Thursday–Friday

 

Position Overview

The Sales Administration Intern will support the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams through a variety of administrative and operational projects. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain professional experience in a business-to-business environment while developing skills in CRM management and sales and marketing operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, organize, and maintain customer and prospect information in the CRM 
  • Assist with CRM data cleanup, organization, and accuracy 
  • Support marketing through campaign data organization and contact list management 
  • Assist with sales forecasting and maintaining sales-related data 
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams, assisting with additional projects and tasks as needed

This position is a good fit for a student or recent graduate interested in sales, business administration, customer service, or business operations who wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

No prior professional experience is required. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working with computers, and eager to learn.
