🚀 Ark7 is Hiring Marketing Interns — Fintech, AI & Real Estate

Ark7 is a fintech platform making real estate investing more accessible through fractional ownership and technology. We’re looking for two paid, part-time interns who are excited about fintech, AI, investing, and digital growth.

Growth Marketing Intern
Paid · 20 hrs/week · Remote · Through December 18, 2026

You’ll work on growth initiatives across email, social media, community, and AI-assisted marketing.

What you’ll do:

Support email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, performance reporting, and testing

Use AI tools to help research, brainstorm, draft, and optimize marketing content

Create and publish organic content across Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other channels

Engage with Ark7’s investor community and help identify growth opportunities

Analyze campaign and content performance to understand what drives engagement and conversion

Support graphic design and creative production as needed

What we’re looking for:

Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, data, or a related field

Strong writing and analytical skills

Curious about AI tools and how they can improve marketing workflows

Interest in fintech, investing, startups, or real estate

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, email platforms, analytics tools, or social media platforms is a plus

Social Media & AI Content Intern
Paid · 20 hrs/week · Remote · Through December 18, 2026

You’ll help shape Ark7’s social presence by creating short-form content around investing, fintech, real estate, and emerging technology.

What you’ll do:

Develop, record, edit, and publish short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms

Use AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, research, editing, and creative experimentation

Turn fintech and real estate topics into simple, engaging social content

Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy, trends, and new formats

Track views, engagement, follower growth, and other performance metrics

Experiment with new AI-powered content tools and workflows

Support thumbnails, graphics, and other creative assets as needed

What we’re looking for:

Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, film, media, business, or a related field

Strong interest in social media, AI, fintech, or investing

Comfortable creating video content, either on camera or behind the camera

Good instinct for trends, storytelling, and short-form content

Experience with ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, or other AI/creative tools is a plus

Portfolio or examples of previous social or video work are a plus

We’re especially interested in candidates who are curious about how AI is changing fintech, investing, and digital marketing and want hands-on experience experimenting with these technologies at a growing startup.
