1099 Entry Level Sale Role - No Experience Required.

Under One Arch is a business technology company in Malvern, PA. We're hiring driven, entrepreneurial salespeople to help local restaurants, salons, and retailers upgrade to modern Clover point-of-sale systems and better payment processing.

This is a 1099 independent sales role with uncapped earnings — and unlike most commission jobs, you don't just get paid once. Every account you sign pays you monthly residual income for as long as that business processes with us.

Responsibilities: prospect and visit local business owners in Chester County and the Greater Philadelphia area, analyze merchant processing statements to identify savings, present our free Clover hardware program, and close deals with direct support from our founding team.

What we provide: hands-on, training covering payments, POS systems, statement analysis, and our sales framework, and deal support from the founders; marketing materials and lead resources; upfront bonuses per funded account plus monthly residual splits.

Requirements: self-motivated and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers; reliable transportation; strong communication skills. No payments experience required — we teach the industry. Sales, service-industry, or athletics backgrounds are a plus.

Compensation: commission-based (1099) with upfront activation bonuses per funded account plus monthly residual income on your book of business.
