You will train inside Elite Podcast Studio, Tampa Bay's premier podcast studio and full service video production facility, working alongside founders, executives, and creators who are building real brands. You will not shadow. You will contribute, on real projects, with real deadlines, in front of real clients.

What you will be doing

Under mentorship and direct guidance, you will:

• Shoot video and photo content for social media
• Assist with podcast and video production in live recording environments
• Support studio setup, lighting, and audio
• Participate in content creation and strategy sessions
• Edit and publish content across platforms
• Use AI tools daily for scripting, ideation, editing, and repurposing
• Engage with high level clients and creators in real time
• Build your own personal brand using the studio and its resources

Who we are looking for

You do not need to be a polished creator yet. That is what this program is for.

What you do need:

• Drive. We can teach cameras, lighting, editing, and AI. We cannot teach hunger.
• Coachability. You take direction, apply it, and you do not need to be told twice.
• Presence. You are willing to get on camera, get your hands dirty, and learn fast.
• Curiosity about AI. You want to master it, not just hear about it.
• Reliability. You show up on time, with energy and intention, every scheduled shift.

Maybe you have been posting for a while and want to take it to a professional level. Maybe you have barely started but you know where the world is going and you refuse to graduate without these skills. Both of those students belong here.

The commitment

• Before classes start: full time or part time
• Once the semester begins: part time, scheduled around your classes
• Fully in person and on-site at our Odessa, FL studio. You must live in the greater Tampa Bay area.
• Eligible for college credit. We will work with your school's requirements.
• Must be 18 or older

This program asks for your full presence during the hours you are here. That is the only way it works, and the only way you leave with everything it has to offer. If you are looking to coast, this is not the room.
