  • Schedule and coordinate sponsor and speaker run-throughs, technical checks, and preparation meetings as needed.
  • Collect speaker information, logos, session details, and other required assets while proactively following up on outstanding items.

🔹 Post-Webinar Data & Deliverables

  • Own the full attendee and registration dataset after each webinar, including cleaning, standardizing, and deduplicating records.
  • Prepare accurate sponsor lead lists and post-event deliverables in the required format and on schedule.
  • Support reporting and post-webinar summaries to help the team understand program performance.

🔹 Process Ownership & Improvement

  • Create, maintain, and improve webinar SOPs, checklists, templates, and recurring workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive webinar operations and reduce manual work.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, sales, and event teams to ensure sponsor commitments and program requirements are fulfilled.
  • Document internal processes, lessons learned, and best practices so programs can be executed consistently at scale.
