Builder Ambassador
About the Role:
The ALL Real Estate Team is looking for a professional Builder Ambassador to represent our beautiful new construction home in the Canyon/Amarillo area. This role is a perfect opportunity for students interested in real estate, marketing, business, sales, or communications to gain hands on experience, build their résumé, make professional connections, and get a firsthand look at the potential of a career in real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Host open houses every weekend, typically 2-4 hours with occasional opportunities through the week
- Welcome guests and maintain a sign-in list
- Restock inventory sheets and marketing flyers in the homes
- Ensure homes are secured after showings (lights off, doors locked, keys in lockboxes)
- Communicate with our team about sign damage, supplies needed, or home updates
- Maintain a professional appearance and strong communication
Qualifications:
- Dependable and punctual, with availability on weekends
- Friendly, personable, and comfortable engaging with the public
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
