Local POS Depot is a growing business technology and merchant services company helping restaurants, retailers, convenience stores, salons, and other businesses with POS systems, payment processing, merchant services, business technology, and customer support solutions.

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and professional Sales Operations Coordinator to join our U.S. team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales operations, customer success, account management, CRM systems, payment technology, merchant services, business operations, and client relationship management.

You will work closely with our Sales Head and interact with customers, sales representatives, payment processors, POS vendors, technicians, and business partners.

What You'll Do

  • Manage new leads and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
  • Update sales pipeline stages, notes, follow-up reminders, and priority lead lists.
  • Schedule merchant calls, product demos, follow-up meetings, partner meetings, and installation appointments.
  • Help manage the Sales Head's calendar and important reminders.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone and email.
  • Request missing merchant documents and confirm pending requirements.
  • Send approved brochures, applications, proposals, equipment information, and sales materials.
  • Assist merchants with preparing applications and collecting required documentation.
  • Review applications for missing information before submission.
  • Track merchant applications through underwriting and approval.
  • Communicate with payment processors regarding pending applications, approvals, declines, and additional document requests.
  • Coordinate POS equipment orders, device assignments, shipping, deliveries, replacements, and approved returns.
  • Coordinate POS installation appointments between customers and technicians.
  • Confirm installation dates and follow up after installation.
  • Communicate with POS vendors, processors, and business partners regarding equipment, shipping, training, marketing resources, and support.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
  • Track leads, calls, appointments, applications, approvals, installations, lost opportunities, and pending actions.
  • Draft professional business emails and organize sales correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting notes, task lists, presentations, quotations, comparison sheets, brochures, and merchant-facing documents.
  • Follow up with existing customers regarding satisfaction, additional locations, equipment, services, and support requirements.
  • Coordinate activities and pending tasks with sales representatives.
  • Assist with basic customer service by documenting merchant issues and routing them to the correct support team, processor, or vendor.
  • Maintain a master pending-action tracker to ensure important tasks and deadlines are completed on time.
