The HR function is constantly evolving, and Altium Packaging is looking for a dynamic HR INTERN in our Southern California Area, to support key business initiatives. The HR department has been supporting company growth and we are looking for an intern who is eager to learn and have an impact. This intern will report directly to the Area HR Manager.

Office Base: Orange County

Job Duties & Responsibilities

The Human Resources Intern performs administrative and clerical responsibilities directly related to human resources

Department

• Human Resource Analytics

• Assistance with recruiting and onboarding new hires.

• Engagement Survey Rollout/Action Planning

• Employee engagement/Appreciation projects

• Other tasks assign by management

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an HR master’s, bachelor’s degree or related HR program.

• A Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and focus on immediate assignments

• Full-time Summer & Part-time during the school year

• Strong candidates will also exhibit sound leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
