Role Overview

As an Operations Associate, you’ll help keep Nabi’s core systems running smoothly across clinical hiring, patient enrollment, and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to jump into a wide range of work at a fast-moving healthcare startup.

You’ll help us source and hire excellent registered dietitians, support prospective patients as they move through enrollment and scheduling, and make sure important operational work gets tracked, followed up on, and completed.

What You’ll Do

• Support clinical hiring, including sourcing registered dietitians, managing candidate trackers, and keeping recruiting follow-ups moving
• Help with patient enrollment, including intake coordination, outreach tracking, scheduling support, and care team handoffs
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems, trackers, and patient or provider workflows
• Own high-volume operational tasks and miscellaneous projects with speed, care, and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented; you notice inconsistencies and follow through without being asked
• Strong communicator who can write concise updates, flag blockers early, and keep work moving
• Interest in healthcare, startups, clinical operations, or patient care is a strong plus
• Early-career candidates with experience in operations, recruiting, customer support, healthcare, or other execution-heavy roles are encouraged to apply
