We are looking for a motivated, outgoing college student to join Izzies Bikinies as a Sales & Business Development Intern. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, social media, networking, and connecting with people. You’ll help grow the brand by reaching out to sororities, boutiques, college organizations, influencers, and potential retail partners to create new sales opportunities and partnerships.
You’ll get hands-on experience with sales, business development, outreach, relationship building, and growing a small fashion brand. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own ideas, build real business relationships, and see your work directly impact the growth of Izzies Bikinies.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to sororities and college organizations to create events and partnerships
- Identify and contact boutiques and retail stores for potential wholesale opportunities
- Help develop new sales channels and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, businesses, and organizations
- Assist with sales outreach campaigns and follow-ups
- Brainstorm creative ways to grow the brand and increase sales
- Track outreach and sales leads
