2027 Leadership Development Program (LDP)
Your Gateway to SC Johnson Internships
Looking to stand out before campus recruiting season? Apply to SC Johnson’s Leadership Development Program (LDP)—our primary pipeline for internships. If you want the chance to intern with SC Johnson, LDP is the first step.
What is LDP?
A two-part experience designed to build leadership skills and connect you with career opportunities at SC Johnson:
- Three virtual professional development sessions focused on career readiness and leadership.

An in-person Leadership Conference at our Global Headquarters in Racine, WI (August 2027), where you will:
- Learn about SC Johnson and our internship program
- Network with leaders and Employee Resource Groups
- Participate in hands-on development workshops
- Interview for our Summer 2028 Internship Program

Who should apply?
Current undergraduate students who are:
- Majoring in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Sales, Business, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Industrial Engineering with graduation dates Dec 2028–June 2029
- Majoring in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Data Science/AI with graduation dates Dec 2028–June 2030
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship; At this time SC Johnson is not sponsoring foreign nationals in an immigration case to gain full-time work authorization.

Submit your interest HERE. Qualified students will receive instructions to complete a formal application on SC Johnson’s career site. Space is limited—selection occurs in Spring 2027. Travel and lodging for the conference are covered by SC Johnson.
