Laboratory Technician

We're seeking 8 Laboratory Technicians to support a high-throughput experimentation facility focused on generating critical data that powers the next generation of AI-driven materials research.

 

📍 Location: Menlo Park, CA (100% Onsite)
🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday (Training: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
⚡ Ability to work alternate shifts is highly preferred: • Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM • Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

 

Duration: 1-Year Contract with Strong Potential to Extend or Convert

What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Calibrating and verifying laboratory instruments and sensors

🔹 Executing quality control processes and ensuring data integrity

🔹 Supporting high-volume materials experimentation

🔹 Handling, weighing, labeling, and preparing materials

🔹 Developing and documenting SOPs

🔹 Troubleshooting equipment and process issues

🔹 Assisting with inventory, organization, and workflow improvements

🔹 Supporting onboarding and training of new technicians

🔹 Collaborating closely with scientists and engineers

What We're Looking For

✔ 1+ years of laboratory, materials science, engineering, semiconductor, battery, biotech, or related technical experience

✔ Experience calibrating equipment and following laboratory procedures

✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

✔ Experience creating or following SOPs

✔ Comfortable working with scientific equipment and software systems

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred (No PhD candidates)
