Harlan Agency is looking for a motivated intern interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, insurance, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Learn our insurance quoting systems and assist with preparing quotes
- Learn and utilize our CRM to manage leads, customers, and follow-ups
- Assist with prospecting, lead generation, and sales follow-up
- Help with social media, marketing campaigns, and community outreach
- Learn insurance products, coverages, and the overall sales process
- Assist with customer communication and general office operations
- Participate in sales meetings and learn how a high-performing sales office operates
- Work alongside licensed insurance professionals and experienced sales staff

This is a hands-on internship designed to provide real experience, not just busywork. You’ll learn how an insurance agency generates leads, quotes business, manages customers, closes sales, and operates day to day.
Pay: $13.75/hour
Schedule: Approximately 15 hours per week
